What you'll do

• Support project managers with daily project management
• assist with job cost and cash flow projections, schedules, and manpower plans
• solicit vendor and subcontractor bids
• prepare change order estimates and purchase orders for review
• maintain project files
• process submittals, RFIs, bulletins, and drawing updates
• coordinate material and equipment deliveries
• attend project and coordination meetings
• support punch lists, as-built drawings, and closeout packages
• keep field teams supplied with current project information.
