What you'll do

• Travel to customer and partner sites for installation, startup, troubleshooting, and training
• respond to support requests remotely and onsite
• configure, commission, and troubleshoot monitoring hardware, software, and communication networks
• test and validate deployments
• advise customers and sales teams on product selection
• manage service requests
• collaborate with engineering and product teams
• maintain project and commissioning documentation.
