The Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Sunbury, PA, with a stated $5,000 sign-on bonus. The listed working hours are 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital supports patients’ rehabilitation journeys as part of a national inpatient rehabilitation organization. The supervisor leads nursing care and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit, supports implementation of care programs and procedures, and serves as a liaison among administration, nursing management, and staff. The role also manages staff performance and provides patient care as needed to support recovery.

Why this role

Current RN licensure and BLS certification are required. ACLS and CRRN certifications must be obtained within stated timeframes; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience are required.
