What you'll do

• Coordinate end-user services and desktop support

• install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
• support datacenter operations
• track contracts, customer issues, and resolutions
• coordinate vendors and service delivery
• assist with project planning, resource and financial planning, reporting, meetings, and change management
• support purchase orders and statements-of-work reviews.
