Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Prepare meats, vegetables, soups, salads, desserts, and other foods
• maintain hot and cold food temperatures
• coordinate cooking schedules with the supervisor
• prepare modified diets and Meals-On-Wheels orders
• stock serving supplies
• update patient dietary records
• check menus
• answer department calls
• serve cafeteria patrons
• and provide flexible coverage and cross-training as needed.
