Sanitation Operator

The Sanitation Operator role is onsite in Janesville, WI. Compensation is not specified. The operator cleans and inspects equipment and work areas so they are ready for production. Documented sanitation practices and compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, and sanitation procedures help protect food quality and support safe manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Use required personal protective equipment and supplies
• operate hot-water hoses, foaming and sanitizing stations, and cleaning tools to follow the seven-step sanitation process
• clean production equipment and components
• inspect work for cleanliness and hygiene and report deficiencies
• maintain chemical safety training and handle cleaning chemicals according to supplier recommendations
• maintain facility housekeeping and assist with pest-control mitigation
• document cleaning activities according to the master sanitation schedule and SSOPs.
