What you'll do

• Serve as the service desk’s primary escalation point for complex application, virtual workspace, network, and performance issues
• administer Windows systems and software bundles
• maintain Kubernetes clusters in a private cloud
• deploy and maintain software using AWS services
• support system development, enhancements, and patching
• automate routine tasks and job schedules
• track Tier 2 issues in Jira and communicate status to customers.
