What you'll do

• Deliver primary care and preventive services
• develop care plans
• provide prenatal and postnatal care and care for uncomplicated pregnancies with a physician partner as authorized
• assess, diagnose, treat, and monitor acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs
• consult or refer complex cases
• provide care to children and adolescents as assigned
• maintain confidential EMR records
• train providers on EMR systems and workflows
• participate in workflow design, upgrades, and implementation teams.
