Construction Project Director

The Construction Project Director role is hybrid in Austin, TX, or may be based anywhere in the United States with regular travel to ECL and client sites, up to 25%. Compensation is not specified. The director oversees construction from planning through commissioning, coordinates contractors and client teams, and manages offsite fabrication and installation support for custom fixtures. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day construction of the Austin facility expansion
• manage schedules and budgets with the VP of Special Projects
• coordinate owner-architect-contractor meetings, design reviews, RFIs, submittals, QA/QC, commissioning, closeout, and turnover
• advise clients and review their drawings, specifications, schedules, and submittals
• conduct site visits
• develop client implementation resources
• coordinate contract manufacturers, fixture logistics, and installation
• support long-term facility planning and continuous improvement.
