What you'll do

• Prepare and paint building, furniture, and equipment surfaces
• measure and assess areas for repair
• plaster or spackle
• install and repair wall and ceiling coverings
• maintain caulked, grouted, masonry, and wood surfaces
• troubleshoot maintenance issues across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel areas
• support building systems including life-safety, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• read blueprints and schematics.

Why this role
