What you'll do

• Assist the Quality Manager with the Quality Management System under applicable requirements and ISO 13485
• support quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation
• ensure processes and finished products meet quality standards
• analyze quality metrics and recommend corrective actions
• collaborate on quality risks
• supervise Quality Inspectors and the Quality Coordinator
• support quality training and hiring activities
• coordinate audits
• investigate nonconformances and customer complaints
• conduct monthly performance reviews
• coordinate disposition of nonconforming materials
• support CAPA activities.
