What you'll do

• Develop estimates for treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure
• perform quantity takeoffs and price self-performed labor, materials, and equipment
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• assess phasing, logistics, constructability, and sequencing
• develop preliminary schedules
• identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
• participate in bid reviews
• prepare budgets
• and support project handoffs and buyout.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. The posting seeks water or wastewater estimating experience and experience with self-performed structural concrete or heavy civil construction. HCSS, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff experience are preferred.
