What you'll do

• Monitor safety, job cost, schedules, and quality across assigned projects
• assist with preconstruction staffing, schedule, labor, and equipment planning
• contribute to area-office leadership
• coordinate personnel assignments, training, and project pursuits
• develop and evaluate personnel
• visit assigned jobsites at least monthly
• report project and personnel status to division and vice presidents
• train, coach, discipline, and develop employees.
