What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Japanese-inspired cocktails and curate Japanese whisky, sake, shochu, wine, and specialty beverages
• collaborate with the Executive Chef on pairings
• oversee daily bar preparation and service
• manage inventory, ordering, and beverage costs
• hire, train, and mentor bartenders and barbacks
• guide guests through beverage selections
• maintain records, service procedures, and compliance with alcohol-service laws and safety regulations.
