The Registered Behavior Technician Manager role is onsite in Peabody, MA. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports the Registered Behavior Technician program at ABA Centers of America and works with the clinical team to support client safety and success. The manager oversees and develops Registered Behavior Technicians and Lead RBTs, coordinating training, schedules, performance reviews, and documentation. The role helps maintain consistent client support and care while supporting team growth and staffing needs.

What you'll do

• Manage and train RBTs and Lead RBTs
• ensure team members understand company policies and processes
• cross-train lead RBTs on appropriate clients
• coordinate schedules and completed services with the Director of Operations
• conduct evaluations and performance reviews
• support staff growth
• serve as administrator on call as scheduled
• work with the clinical team on accurate, timely documentation
• observe and report client behaviors
• identify hiring needs and coordinate with recruiting
• maintain client relationships
• support facility tours and stakeholder visits.
