Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Development

The Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Development role is onsite in Livermore, CA, with stated compensation of $63–$65 per hour. What you'll do

• Partner with Substation and T-Line Engineering to conceptualize training design and content
• define learning objectives, course structure, content, and assessments
• analyze existing content, tasks, target audiences, business processes, and systems
• develop student and facilitator presentations and guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, graphics, and interactions
• conduct task analysis and validation meetings with subject matter experts
• incorporate feedback, manage deadlines, and communicate issues and risks.
