Parts Counterperson

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers with parts selection and product information
• pull purchased parts and communicate availability
• answer calls and provide price quotes
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• order parts as approved
• notify customers and the Service Department when parts arrive
• accept payments
• receive and stock inventory
• assist with cycle counts and department organization.
