What you'll do

• Drive sales, operations, and profit generation for the assigned region
• hire, train, develop, and coach branch managers, recruiting teams, and sales staff
• ensure recruiting and service operations meet on-time order fulfillment goals
• hold branch teams and business development staff accountable for performance
• direct activities to improve results and achieve growth goals
• ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
• maintain regular time with clients, branch teams, sellers, and on-sites
• travel between branches and prospect or client locations.
