The Assistant Property Manager II – The Views at Madison role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and occasional weekend hours as needed. Pay is $30.77–$37.00 per hour. Bellwether Housing develops, owns, and operates affordable housing and supports resident stability and access to resources. The assistant property manager supports the property’s operations and resident lifecycle, including leasing, applications, recertifications, resident relations, and property-manager administration. The role helps maintain accurate records, timely service, resident satisfaction, and compliance at the 96-unit building.

What you'll do

• Conduct market studies and recommend marketing activities
• respond to inquiries and pre-screen applicants
• schedule tours and application appointments
• assist with application processing and move-ins
• audit leases and resident files
• receive and enter work orders
• assist with SHA paperwork and inspections
• maintain resident information and files in Yardi
• support rent posting and legal notices when the property manager is away
• address pest-control issues
• build resident and community relationships.
