What you'll do

• Complete shipping documentation
• communicate shipping updates to customers and help resolve issues
• pack products for outbound shipments
• use the warehouse management system to receive goods and record inventory
• support stock allocation, organization, and production picking
• coordinate with packing and production teams
• enter work orders and data in Oracle
• support cycle counts
• lead packers
• operate a forklift as required.
