What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and production guidelines
• set up workstations and prepare ingredients
• safely use knives and kitchen equipment
• cook food to proper serving temperatures
• portion and garnish meals
• store food safely
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• monitor inventory and stock supplies
• communicate with staff
• maintain required records and submit timecards and reimbursement requests.
