What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments
• evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions
• initiate and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
• perform medical procedures
• prescribe and refer for specialty consultation
• document progress notes
• provide follow-up care and health education
• supervise or coordinate patient-care staff
• participate in community health education
• perform emergency lifesaving procedures and support emergency disaster services.

Why this role

Requires an MD or DO, internship and residency, board certification or eligibility in the specialty, a U.S. Virgin Islands medical license, current CPR (BLS), ACLS and/or PALS as warranted, and a current DEA certificate.
