ABA Program Manager (MA Required) This is an onsite position in Elk Grove, CA, with a salary of $26 - $32 Per Hour. Intercare Therapy is a leading provider of evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders. The purpose of this role is to serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee clinical programs, Supervise BIs, Provide education and training for client caregivers, Drive 30 to 60 miles a day, Supervise client sessions between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

Completed Bachelor’s degree and either 12 semester units of ABA course work with one year experience implementing/designing ABA programming OR two years of experience designing/implementing ABA programs.
