What you'll do

• Handle creditor bankruptcy files in a mortgage foreclosure context
• open files in CaseAware
• check LPS and conduct bankruptcy and PACER searches
• prepare Transfers of Claims, Proofs of Claim, related notices, Motions for Relief from Stay, and Objections to Confirmation
• use Florida courts’ e-filing system.
