What you'll do
- Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair electronic, mechanical, and software components
- troubleshoot complex service issues
- support timely return of critical equipment
- learn X-ray technology and product updates
- interpret schematics
- partner with Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support on product improvements
- communicate customer quality issues
- refine service procedures
- train customers on system operations
- complete service and expense reports
- maintain tools
- respond to after-hours emergency customer requests as needed.
