The Junk Removal Driver / Laborer role is field-based and onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. Pay is $23.50 per hour. HTM Services provides residential, commercial, and environmental services throughout Oʻahu, with a mission to deliver quality diversified services in Hawaii. The role performs physical field work supporting junk removal, environmental cleaning, dumpster operations, and material disposal. Safe handling, worksite upkeep, and teamwork help complete customer projects and service assignments.

What you'll do

• Perform residential and commercial junk removal
• provide environmental cleaning including storm-drain cleaning
• assist with roll-off dumpster deliveries
• complete dump runs and disposal assignments
• clean and maintain worksites, offices, and yard areas
• load and unload materials and debris
• assist with light demolition
• organize storage and materials
• follow work instructions and maintain safe work areas.

Rotating shifts may include day shift 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and night shift 6:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; valid driver’s license and ability to lift at least 50 pounds required.
