What you'll do

• Oversee event execution and flow, support the team through setup, check-in, sessions, reset, and breakdown, and address issues involving guests, staff, and animals.
• Oversee ticket scanning, ID checks, waivers, puppy safety and wellness checks, inventory, reports, and emergency procedures.
• Coach and train event staff, communicate with the Operations Manager, and supervise scheduled pop-up and private events.
