What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate field operations, scheduling, and dispatch
• ensure safe and compliant job completion
• oversee maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment, vactor trucks, jetters, and CCTV inspection tools
• monitor project timelines and budgets
• hire, train, and manage technicians
• serve as an operational contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
• maintain job, safety, equipment, and certification records
• lead safety meetings
• support estimates and job walkthroughs.
