Job overview

The Associate Corporate Counsel – Technology Transactions role is onsite in Littleton, CO, with an annual base pay range of $116,875–$165,000. EchoStar’s legal teams support the company’s innovators and subsidiaries as they develop connectivity services and products. The role exists to guide complex technology deals from intake through execution, translating technical requirements into balanced contractual protections. It supports business momentum by structuring and negotiating agreements, advising cross-functional partners, and building scalable contracting resources for evolving technology arrangements.

What you'll do

• Own and drive technology transactions, including cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, hardware, network infrastructure, satellite capacity, and ground station agreements.
• Draft and negotiate bespoke agreements, maintain the technology transactions playbook, advise on licensing, data governance, AI risk, and intellectual property, and partner with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, Spacecraft Operations, and Sourcing.
• Use AI application tools to support contract review, template creation, and risk analysis workflows.
