What you'll do

• Enter data accurately and on time
• enter sample information into LIMS
• generate and distribute laboratory information sheets
• issue requested add-on tests and reruns and follow through
• correct LIMS entry errors
• delegate overflow as appropriate
• establish accounts and maintain client records in CRM, LIMS, and financial software
• assist client services and website services
• respond to client inquiries
• promote workplace safety.
