What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule nursing staff
• coordinate personnel, supplies, equipment, medications, and records
• contact physicians and ensure timely interventions and documentation
• review staffing and census
• investigate complaints
• oversee resident nursing care during the shift
• explain procedures and care plans
• chart progress and monitor resident conditions
• respond to emergencies
• support care plans and investigations as appropriate.
