What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the corporate recruiting team
• own full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution
• partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce plans
• oversee sourcing and candidate assessment
• recruit or oversee searches across corporate, operational, technical, and construction leadership roles
• maintain recruiting workflows, compliance, JazzHR data, and reporting
• coordinate offers and onboarding
• monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process and tool improvements.
