What you'll do

• Conduct client intake
• organize case files, pleadings, discovery indexes, exhibits, and documents
• draft subpoenas, summonses, affidavits, disclosures, discovery requests and responses, and court orders
• manage discovery collection, production, and review
• summarize records and deposition transcripts
• conduct legal and factual research
• prepare attorneys and witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• assist with trial preparation and courtroom support
• track deadlines
• maintain time entries and billing records
• communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• protect confidential information.
