What you'll do

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• observe and assess children’s development and adjust activities
• create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom
• manage routines and transitions
• communicate with parents and guardians and provide progress updates
• supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• participate in professional development and collaborate with staff.
