What you'll do

• Support investors through chat, email, and inbound phone calls
• explain the investment process and answer client questions
• resolve current client issues
• identify opportunities to improve future interactions
• collaborate with the team to improve systems and processes
• complete training and obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as a condition of employment.
