The Audio-Visual/Smart Home Technician or Lead Technician role is onsite in Potomac, MD, serving the broader metro DC area. Pay is $35–$55 per hour. Daisy provides smart-space installation and services to make homes and offices more connected, comfortable, and secure. The technician installs, configures, services, and troubleshoots integrated smart-home systems at client sites. The role supports reliable system operation through accurate project documentation, client communication and training, ongoing service protocols, and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, service, and troubleshoot integrated AV, networking, lighting, shading, security camera, control, and automation systems
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• maintain project documentation
• work with clients, designers, builders, and architects
• maintain remote access, monitoring, and service protocols
• keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
• mentor junior technicians as needed.
