The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Brick, NJ, with openings across 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts. Compensation is $20.50–$28.50 per hour. Complete Care emphasizes supported caregivers as part of its approach to resident care. The CNA provides direct assistance with residents’ daily needs, supports dignity and independence, and communicates observations to the nursing team. Accurate records and collaboration with nurses and fellow caregivers contribute to safe, coordinated facility care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• help maintain a clean, safe environment
• observe residents and communicate condition changes to the nursing team
• complete documentation
• promote dignity, independence, and emotional well-being
• follow regulations and partner with nurses and caregivers.

Why this role

All three listed shifts are available. Active, unrestricted CNA certification and current BLS/CPR certification are required; long-term-care experience is preferred but not required.
