What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and personal care
• support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration reminders
• provide medication reminders only, not medication administration
• assist with patient-related household tasks
• support fall prevention and safety
• report observations to supervising clinical staff
• document daily care.
