What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene
• support community and recreational activities
• accompany individuals to appointments, shopping, and social outings as needed
• teach and reinforce skills such as money management, transportation use, cooking, budgeting, and personal safety
• implement and document individualized support plans
• support communication and self-advocacy
• and report incidents or changes to a supervisor.
