What you'll do

• Develop fundraising and resource-development strategies and budgets
• cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and grantors
• oversee donor moves management and portfolios
• guide grant prospecting, proposals, reporting, and compliance
• oversee the donor CRM and data governance
• direct marketing, communications, and special events
• lead volunteer programs and the Emerging Leaders Auxiliary Board
• set goals and metrics, report results, and support board engagement
• ensure applicable charitable trust and donor communication compliance.
