The Resident Assistant — Assisted Living role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Pay is $17.50–$18.50 per hour, based on experience. Montgomery Place serves older adults through independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing services. The assistant supports residents’ daily living needs while promoting independence and personal choice. The role also helps coordinate daily care, document resident needs, support meals and apartment upkeep, and encourage participation in social activities.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, dining, grooming, mobility, and continence
• support resident independence and choices
• help plan daily care schedules
• document daily needs and report significant changes in physical or mental status
• assist with apartment cleaning and organization
• prepare and serve food and maintain dining and kitchen cleanliness
• support social activity planning and participation.
