What you'll do

• Build coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders
• observe classroom practice and curriculum implementation
• identify coaching goals
• provide modeling, practice, training, resources, and feedback
• support curriculum and assessment tools
• document coaching cycles and outcomes
• manage a cluster-based schedule
• participate in professional development
• and collaborate with Education Team members. Regular travel within the assigned cluster is required, with occasional support for other markets and limited evening, weekend, or overnight travel when business needs require.
