Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room is a locally and family-owned restaurant, craft cocktail bar, and classic-movie screening room in downtown Safety Harbor. The assistant manager helps run daily operations across the bar, dining room, kitchen, patio, and screening room, with particular responsibility for bar quality and controls. The role supports the general manager by coordinating staff, guest service, events, costs, vendors, and compliance so shifts and venue activities run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Lead cocktail quality and consistency, bartender training, inventory, ordering, pour cost, and liquor controls
• share daily operations across venue areas
• manage staffing, floor operations, guest recovery, and cash handling
• coordinate screening room service, private rentals, and events
• help hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
• support labor and cost management, vendor relationships, and health and safety compliance
• maintain systems and paperwork.
