What you'll do
- Stage materials, verify laser settings under guidance, and support changeovers
- monitor production runs and check parts against quality expectations
- protect, box, and prepare products according to company standards
- maintain a clean and organized station
- coordinate with production teammates on goals and shipping deadlines
- perform routine equipment upkeep and basic troubleshooting as needed
