What you'll do

• Remain awake and alert throughout the 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift
• check on guests and walk the property and common areas at regular intervals
• respond to guest needs
• follow safety and emergency procedures and contact the on-call clinician or retreat lead when needed
• keep a written activity log and hand off to the morning team
• help prepare spaces, supplies, and early-morning meal or coffee setup
• support guest arrivals, departures, and golf-cart transport when shifts overlap
• and maintain confidentiality.
