Construction Management Intern — Summer 2027

Job overview

The Construction Management Intern role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with work in the office and on active jobsites. Pay is $18–$23 per hour. The intern supports project teams with coordination, documentation, site observations, safety and quality checks, and material tracking. The position provides hands-on exposure to construction operations and project workflows while contributing to active projects.

What you'll do

• Help coordinate construction activities among field teams, subcontractors, and project staff
• support reports, logs, schedules, and meeting notes
• participate in team meetings
• provide administrative and operational support
• join site visits and share observations
• support quality and safety checks as directed
• assist with material tracking, delivery coordination, and inventory
• learn to review plans, specifications, and project documents.
