What you'll do

• Coordinate patients’ care and treatment starts
• coordinate referrals to specialists and imaging follow-up
• make VNA, hospice, and DME referrals
• set up imaging and interventional radiology procedures
• obtain authorization for specialty oral chemotherapy drugs
• perform telephone triage
• support prescription renewals and patient education
• assist with symptom management.
