Civil Engineer III

Job overview

The Civil Engineer III role is onsite in Denver, CO; compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The engineer joins ANS’s growing civil engineering team, which collaborates on renewable energy projects including solar, battery storage, high-voltage, and wind. Working under a project lead, the engineer develops civil designs and construction plans, coordinates with other engineering disciplines, and supports permitting and regulatory coordination for project delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, and stormwater designs
• prepare SWPPP calculations and reports
• use Civil 3D to produce construction plans
• complete stormwater and erosion-control calculations
• coordinate with hydrology, geotechnical, structural, and electrical teams
• assist with permitting and regulatory coordination
• occasionally visit sites.
