What you'll do

• Support individuals with budgeting and money management, hygiene and household tasks, social activities, activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, and community access
• maintain health and safety
• complete daily progress notes and quarterly reports
• follow Individualized Service Plans
• attend training and supervision
• maintain confidentiality
• facilitate conflict resolution
• and attend appointments and assessments related to individual goals.
