This role exists to lead and supervise a team of educators while ensuring the effective operation of the site. The Site Director is responsible for maintaining licensing and safety standards, fostering positive relationships with families and school administrators, and driving enrollment efforts to provide high-quality care for elementary-aged children.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site effectiveness, maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, and community contacts.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts.
